Abstract
ABSTRACT
Community participation in tourism management is a thing considered will be a tourism area development booster. In Situ gede is a new tourism which is maximizing the villager around that will be a management tourism area delvelopment booster. The development of a tourist area is supported by community participation in tourism management. The research aim to analyze the relationship of community participation in tourism management based village tourism potential in Situ Gede Bogor. Determining the respondent is using survey method by a spread 30 questionnaires to tourism busniessmen in Situ Gede. The characteristics of respondents are age, number of family members of education and duration of stay. The results of this study indicate that bthere is a significant relationship between age, duration and potential tourism area with participation rate.

ABSTRAK
Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sebuah pariwisata dianggap sebuah hal yang menjadi pemicu pengembangan suatu kawasan wisata. Kelurahan Situ Gede merupakan tempat wisata baru yang memaksimalkan partisipasi masyarakat sekitar yang menjadi pengelola kawasan dalam pengembangan kawasan wisata. Berkembangnya suatu kawasan wisata didukung dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelolanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata berbasis potensi desa di kawasan wisata Situ Gede, Bogor. Penentuan responden melalui metode survey yang disebar ke 30 pelaku usaha wisata di Situ Gede. Karakteristik responden yaitu umur, jumlah anggota keluarga,pendidikan dan lama menetap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, lama menetap dan potensi kawasan wisata dengan tingkat partisipasi.
